How a campaign runs through CRMiUS

Each step leaves a record you can open later: the lead keeps its source, the newsletter keeps its send history, the customer keeps the lead it came from.

  1. 01Lead with a sourceA web form, a Facebook Lead Ads form, a GMB Importer search or a CSV file creates the lead with source, status and assignee. sourceassignee

Which channel brings customers

CRMiUS lead report: conversion by source for Cold Call, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Referral, Trade Show and Website
Lead report “Sources conversion” in the demo company Northwind Supply Co.

Every lead carries a source: Website, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Referral, Trade Show or any source you add. Web forms set the source, status and responsible salesperson on their own, so nobody has to remember to fill them in.

  • Sources conversion shows how many leads from each source became customers.
  • This week and monthly charts show when leads convert.
  • Staff report shows conversion by salesperson, so you can tell a weak channel from slow follow-up.

Revenue, invoices and dashboards for the same period are in CRM reports and dashboards.

What marketers do in CRMiUS

  • Send newsletters

MailFlow sends a newsletter to leads (by source, status, assignee, country) and to customer contacts (by group, country, active or inactive). The count of matching emails shows before sending.

  • Respect unsubscribes

Each email carries an unsubscribe link; unsubscribed addresses land on their own list and are skipped in every later send.

  • Reuse templates

Save newsletter templates and pick one for the next send. The history shows who sent each newsletter, how many emails were found, sent and failed.

  • Capture leads from the site

Web-to-lead forms set the source, status, assignee and a title prefix for every lead they create.

  • Take leads from Facebook

The Facebook Lead Ads integration brings ad-form leads in as they arrive, from several pages, with field mapping and a sync history.

  • Find businesses on Google

GMB Importer searches businesses by category, location and radius and turns the results (name, address, phone, email, website) into leads, one by one or all at once.

  • Ask customers

Surveys with checkbox, radio, text and required questions go to customers, staff or imported mail lists; emails are sent in hourly batches and results are shown per question.

  • Set targets

Goals per staff member and period: convert X leads, increase customer number, achieve total income, X estimates converted.

Retention: marketing to the customers you already have

The customer base in CRMiUS already holds groups, countries, invoices and support history, so repeat offers start from data you have:

  • Customer groups (for example wholesale, retail, partners) become newsletter audiences in one click.
  • Active and inactive customers get different newsletters: news for active ones, a reason to come back for inactive ones.
  • Surveys after a delivery or a closed ticket collect satisfaction while the experience is fresh.
  • The customer portal shows each customer their invoices, estimates, projects and tickets, and lets them pay online.
  • An AI voice assistant (CRMiUS PilotAI) calls and follows up leads; details on AI functions.

Customer cards, contacts and groups are described on customer and contact management. Repeating steps run on their own: the web form assigns each lead to an owner, and CRMiUS Automation rules change the status, priority or assignee of follow-up tasks; see process automation.

Questions and answers

What is CRM marketing?

Marketing that runs on CRM data: leads are captured with their source, customers are grouped, newsletters and surveys go to chosen parts of the base, and reports show which source turned leads into customers.

Can I send newsletters from CRMiUS?

Yes, with CRMiUS MailFlow. Choose leads by source, status, assignee or country, or customers by group, country and active status; the count of addresses shows before sending. Templates are saved, and the history keeps how many emails were sent and how many failed.

How are unsubscribes handled?

Each newsletter carries an unsubscribe link. Addresses that use it go to the unsubscribed list and are removed from every later send automatically.

Does CRMiUS integrate with Facebook Lead Ads?

Yes. Leads from Facebook Lead Ads forms arrive as they are submitted, from one or several pages. Field mapping sets which answer lands in which lead field, and the sync history lists every import.

What is GMB Importer?

A CRMiUS module that searches businesses on Google by category, location and radius and imports them as leads with name, address, phone, email and website. Leads get an assignee and their own source, so the report shows how this channel converts.

How do I see which source brings customers?

Open Reports → Leads. “Sources conversion” shows converted leads per source, with weekly, monthly and per-staff views next to it. The source stays on the customer after conversion.

Can I run customer surveys?

Yes. A survey can hold checkbox, radio, text and required questions and is sent to customers, staff or imported mail lists. Results are shown per question, with all text answers.
